The Grandview
Thirty-two new luxury villas overlooking Skull Creek in Hilton Head Plantation are expected to be completed by October, 2001. Residents of The Grandview will live just minutes from the Skull Creek Marina and the Country Club of Hilton Head, as well as the Tavern on the Creek and Old Fort Pub restaurants. The two-to-four bedroom villas will be from sizes 2,034 sq. feet to 4,700 sq. feet, and feature also some large terraces which allows residents to enjoy views from across the Intracoastal Waterway to the Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge.
