Middleton Cove
Located off Marshland Road beside River Club, Middleton Cove is a new community of thirty homes, one-half mile from the Cross Island Parkway. It is als being called the island's newest affordable community. Each three- or four-bedroom, single- or two-story home includes at least two full bathrooms, a two-car garage, high ceilings, and professional landscaping.
