The Cypress
The Cypress is a "continuing-care" retirement community sittin on one-hundred acres inside Hilton Head Plantationl It was desiged with the independent senior in mind; all of the maintenance inside and outside of the owner-occupied cottages and apartments is included in a monthly fee that ranges from $1300 to $2500. The fee also includes all of the utilities except telephone expenses. Home health care services are available, as well as very skilled nursing care at the Preson Heath Care Center, which is an on-site, sixty-six bed facility with a dementia care unit.

Also on site, there are three full-length golf holes and a 30,000-square foot clubhouse with an included dining room that serves three meals a day.
